The charger is equipped with a GX16 charging socket type. Before placing your order, please ensure that your scooter is compatible with the GX16 charging socket type and not the Baming type. Compatible Models include Dualtron Ultra 2, Dualtron Storm, Dualtron X 2, Dualtron Ultra 2 UP, Dualtron Storm UP, Dualtron X 2 UP, and Dualtron Thunder 2, all featuring 72V battery packs powered by LG 21700 or LG M50LT 21700 cells. Before using the charger, ensure the displayed voltage on the EY3 Throttle aligns with your country's voltage standards. To ensure safety during charging, keep the scooter in a dry and well-ventilated area, avoiding placement near heat sources. Have a fire extinguisher available as a precaution, and place the charger on a non-combustible or aluminum/metal surface to effectively dissipate heat. Avoid placing the charger on the scooter deck or surfaces made of carton, textile, wood, carpet, or plastic, as they may cause overheating. This charger is specifically designed for Dualtron models, and using it on other scooters may damage the battery or other components. Exercise caution when charging in wet conditions and ensure the charging port remains free of debris or water droplets using a non-conductive material. To prevent battery pack overheating, allow a 30-60 minute rest between riding and charging, avoiding immediate charging after riding or riding immediately after charging.
